This event will be held on the 4th Sunday of February, April, June, August and October of each year. Archer Park Rail Museum has a Covid Safe Plan for all events and operations. Come and enjoy a Tram Ride and wander through the Museum. Enjoy morning tea of our wonderful scones with Jam and cream in the Refreshment Room or have a Sausage Sizzle. We will have live music and dancing groups, community displays, Classic/Ford/Historic cars, craft and market stalls and lots more! Entry to the Museum will be at a discount price of Adults $4, Concession & Children $2 and Tram Rides will be $2.50.
Archer Park’s School Holiday Program attracts several hundred young people each year.
We have lots for the kids to do and see – they love to get up in the Steam and Diesel Locomotives, and look through the carriages!
There are questionnaires for primary/secondary students, colour packs for the younger kids for 50 cents, and snacks available from the Refreshment Room.
The kids love the cat meowing, and the guard snoring and the dog barking at the chooks!! These wonderful sounds are completed by the ghost train going loudly through the station!!
